ZoLa Map – Where Dancing is Not Allowed

Dancing is not allowed in districts that are not in Use Group 12. The Department of City Planning has an interactive map ZoLa New York City’s Zoning & Land Use Map which allows one to map the zoning districts in New York City. Unfortunately, the data maintained for each district does not include the Use Group for each district or parcel. One must look at each zoning district, read the text of the zoning resolution, and determine if the district is in Use Group 12. This map shows all non-Use Group 12 districts in yellow.
